Sources of information
Maletschek & Partner Hellas collects personal data contained in the questionnaire / insurance application, accompanying documents and supporting documents and any other information that the same data subject has disclosed or will disclose in the future either orally or by any other means, document or electronic means, through its employees or the insurance intermediaries cooperating with it.
Maletschek & Partner Hellas requests and collects data from third parties, cooperating or not with the company parties, e.g. surveyors.

Processing and retention period
The period required for the execution and management of the insurance contract, the completion of the legal limitation period of relevant claims and the compliance with the legal obligations of the company Maletschek & Partner Hellas.

Maletschek & Partner Hellas collects, retains and processes data to conduct targeted marketing, or to send company news/Newsletter, or for promotion of goods and services of the company, or other cooperative companies, or for research purposes about the quality of the company’s services.
To achieve this, it is possible that data may be transferred to cooperative research and/or promotion companies for account of the Maletschek & Partner Hellas.
